OmniOSS Inc. was founded by a group of telecommunication
professionals and software developers who recognized a need for a
high-quality cost effective billing and subscriber management system. With
clear vision and a clean slate the group's unique blend of talents (and a
lot of hard work) led to the development of our
flagship product -- TimelyBill®.

What's in a Name?
Omni
- \Om'ni-\ [L. omnis all.] A combining form denoting all, every, everywhere;
as in omnipotent, all-powerful; omnipresent.
OSS
Acronym for "Operations Support System". A set of programs that help a
communications service provider monitor, control, analyze, and manage
problems with a telephone or computer network. As the traditional voice
telephone system converges with packet-oriented Internet traffic (including
Voice over IP), broadband applications such as teleconferencing, and DSL,
more sophisticated systems are needed for such activities as ordering and
keeping track of network components (including IP addresses), tracking
usage, billing, and reporting.
