Data Alarms Component

Just as you would expect your hardware to generate alarms so too can your OSS. The alarm component is a good place to search for fraud in your call detail, track sales of a particular product, or monitor the general health of your data. Data Alarms allow you to configure any database query to execute at set intervals, and then evaluate for specific return values. If the alarm condition is met, TimelyBill®Data Alarms™ can generate a windows event, send an email and/or create a trouble ticket with settings specific to the alarm triggered.

• Schedule queries as often as 1 minute to x months

• Evaluate functions such as AVG, Count, Sum

• Windows Event, Email or Trouble Ticket generation

• Trouble Tickets can be configured to a Trouble Department, Category and Cause

• Data Alarms can remain open, and appear on your snapshot until closed

• Complete history of all Data Alarms triggered
