General Ledger Component

After you configure your account codes and sub account codes in the general configuration and Product Catalog, TimelyBill® becomes your CFO’s dream. The General Ledger component will generate all the transactions necessary to track earned and unearned revenue, cash, A/R, A/P, taxes payable, customer liabilities, write offs, commissions residual and more.

Transactions are created and added to the ledger table as the events happen, and can be exported in bulk at any time.

• Account codes can be up to 30 characters long

• Every product definition can have its own account codes for RC and NRC

• Every partner/agent can have its own account codes for A/P, commissions, residuals

• Prepaid products can create earned and unearned transactions as they age
