TimelyBill® System Overview

TimelyBill® is a comprehensive cost effective Operations Support System (OSS) designed to meet current and future needs of CSP's including IOCs, CLECs and ISPs. The TimelyBill®system is an n-tiered, open-ended solution providing seamless integration between each of TimelyBill's individual components. This architecture ensures faster, more reliable upgrades and makes interfacing with 3rd party vendor software easier.

TimelyBill® was developed and optimized to run on less expensive Intel based servers. This provides for cost effective installation, operation, and maintenance charges while providing features and performance comparable to more expensive mini-computer and mainframe platforms.

TimelyBill® – Cost Effective Implementation

Whether your organization is large or small, OmniOSS™ can provide you with a cost effective solution. Many smaller service providers are forced to outlay sizable upfront investment when purchasing an OSS. OmniOSS™ addresses this issue by first offering the TimelyBill® system as an ASP based, hosted service. This approach eliminates the need to outlay investment capital on hardware, software, and support, allowing small to medium sized service providers to implement features previously out of their budget. In our ASP model you will have dedicated server(s) running TimelyBill® on a VPN and private network that is also dedicated to servicing your organization only. The ASP model is hosted in an Enterprise-class co-location facility which maintains the highest levels of security, network connectivity and uninterruptible power. At any time, the system can be moved "in-house" transparent to the users of the system and without disrupting billing operations. All TimelyBill® components are accessed through a single GUI, allowing users to perform multiple functions without moving from one application to another. The single interface also reduces the time needed to train users when new components are implemented.
